Kelly Hill is the founder and CEO of Sales Advisors of Florida. She provides growth oriented, privately held companies with the sales infrastructure they need to create sustainable revenue growth. She is also a business consultant with PCC. She leads her clients through positive organizational change within their sales organizations that enables them to execute the company’s growth plans. She builds and manages high performing sales teams, improves the interactions between sales and operations by providing a clear written sales processes and unlocking bottlenecks and provides sales pipeline visibility to facilitate capacity expansion planning. She also creates a culture of accountability within the sales team. Kelly has worked with a diverse range of companies in Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Washington State and Missouri.
Prior to starting her sales consulting firm, Kelly spent over 15 years in senior sales and marketing positions with commercial cooking equipment manufacturers and 13 years working for Darden Restaurants in senior procurement positions. She also managed and scaled an aquaculture start-up venture for Darden in Malaysia that was the first commercially viable lobster farming operation in the world. She was responsible for developing distribution partners in China and for managing the internal teams: operations, scientists, import/export, finance and HR. She brings a unique combination of expertise and knowledge in both sales and purchasing to her clients that results in new business relationships that are a win for both the sellers and the buyers.
Since 2017, Kelly has worked with a variety growth oriented clients to improve their sales organizations, including manufacturers, distributors, commercial contractors, engineering companies, legal firms, promotional products, supply companies, and software companies.
