Larry Studer has been practicing law in Central Florida since 1984.  He has handled a wide variety of matters, including jury and non-jury trials, hearings, depositions, appeals, and the probate of wills and administration of estates, including both contested and uncontested proceedings. He has participated in mediations and as part of that process, has drafted settlement agreements.

Larry has prepared wills, trusts, powers of attorney, designations of health care surrogates, and other planning documents.  He has also drafted contracts for the purchase and sale of real property, including both residential and non-residential real property.  He is a title agent for a national title insurance company and has handled numerous real property closings.
