He has helped individuals and entities purchase and sell real property, including homes, warehouses, church buildings, vacant land, and other types of real property. In connection with this, he has drafted contracts for the purchase and sale of real property, including both residential and non-residential real property. As a former title agent for a national title insurance company, he has handled numerous real property closings and understands the documents needed for and the dynamics of a closing.
