Mr. Helligar is a tax and business attorney, whose practice areas include trademarks, business formation, reorganizations, acquisitions, and tax controversies. Mr. Helligar dedicates the time to listen to his clients concerns, and is committed to helping them succeed.
Mr. Helligar a member of the Florida Bar, earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law, and a Jurisprudence from Florida A&M College of Law. Additionally, he graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Helligar is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He engages with his community through participation in various community service events. Additionally, Mr. Helligar serves as a mentor to high school and college students who aspire to pursue a legal education, by sharing his knowledge and experiences.
