Attorney Zobel has been a probate and estate planning attorney serving the Central Florida community for over 35 years. She is a home-grown lawyer, having attended Winter Park High School and Stetson University where she earned her B.A. in Business Administration, before attending Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Early in her legal career, she was a litigator, handling both criminal and civil jury trials. She developed a genuine interest in the care and well-being of seniors while volunteering at a local nursing home, which shifted her practice significantly towards elder law. Given her litigation, probate, guardianship, and estate planning background, she has the knowledge, skills, and experience to handle complex elder law litigation issues, trust litigation issues, and guardianship litigation issues with a high degree of competence. Her current practice includes probate, guardianships, estate planning, trust administration, and helping families with special needs, and seniors with end-of-life issues.

Hallie is a member of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Association of Divorce Professionals, and the Maitland Chamber of Commerce. She participates in Low Down on Law Seminars, sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida, helping families on guardianships of all types, and routinely volunteers for pro-bono cases through the OCBA. In the past, she has served as Ask-A-Lawyer Co-Chair, on the Advisory Committee of the Winter Park Vo-Tech School, and served on the board of Lighthouse Central Florida. She is an active member of her church.

Hallie showed interest and passion in working with seniors from a very young age, while in high school she volunteered at the local nursing home. With The Private Corporate Counsel she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration. Her clients include families with special needs, singles, young families with small children, same-sex couples and families, and seniors with end-of-life issues.

Hallie has been a member of the Florida Bar for over thirty-five years. Earlier in her legal career, she was a litigator, handling criminal and civil jury trials. She is a long-time member of the OCBA and takes pro bono cases through the Special Wills Project with the Orange County Legal Aid Society, assisting individuals diagnosed with HIV with their estate planning. She received an award for her pro bono work by the Florida Supreme Court in 2009 and was recognized by the OCBA for her Guardian Ad Litem work over the years, and received Five Star Professional’s Wealth Management and Estate Planner awards in 2013 and 2014.

Hallie served as President of the Executive Association of Greater Orlando (EAGO) from 2014 to 2015 and is still an active member of the organization. She is a graduate of Leadership Maitland, 2014. Hallie teaches occasionally through the Rollins Center for Lifelong Learning, giving local seniors the chance to learn about the basics of estate planning and probate. Hallie resides with her family in Maitland, FL.
