Timothy Schowe is an attorney and consultant for the Private Corporate Counsel Program™, a division of the national litigation firm Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. specializing in business and commercial litigation, corporate law, professional liability, and labor and employment matters. Mr. Schowe has successfully litigated cases in federal and state courts and has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. As a trial attorney, he has represented a diverse range of professionals, including investment advisors, accountants, actuaries, ERISA fiduciaries, attorneys, real estate brokers, automobile dealerships, and insurance agents. Mr. Schowe works with businesses and professionals to develop strategic solutions to shape their specific needs and risk tolerance. 

Mr. Schowe has successfully defended clients nationwide in high-exposure litigation involving alternative investments, annuities, options, and financial products. His professional liability practice includes representing accountants, lawyers, and insurance brokers in negligence, breach of contract, and misrepresentation claims. He also regularly handles complex business disputes, including real estate and land use litigation, partnership conflicts, construction contract matters, employment disputes, and consumer class action defense. 

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Schowe practiced at another national litigation firm specializing in professional malpractice defense, business and commercial disputes, aa well as employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination. He also gained valuable business experience as an operations manager for a private company, where he managed legal and administrative disputes and implemented risk management strategies. His hands-on business background gives him a unique perspective when advising clients on risk mitigation and litigation avoidance strategies. 

Mr. Schowe is licensed to practice law in California, and he is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
