Shaka Scott is an attorney and consultant for the Private Corporate Counsel Program™, a division of the national litigation firm Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.leading the firm’s Complex Deal Division. Mr. Scott delivers exceptional and detailed service that leverages his extensive knowledge of navigating legal challenges faced by the most heavily regulated industries to drive successful and advantageous outcomes for his clients.
His decades of experience in healthcare law, advising physicians, dentists, insurance companies, and managed care organizations on business transactions compliant with federal and state regulations has provided the footing necessary to handle the most detailed transactional arrangements while providing comprehensive legal guidance throughout all phases of the process.
Shaka began his legal career after earning his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1999. Prior to that, he graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
