Jae Lofton

Jae Lofton is an attorney and consultant for the Private Corporate Counsel Program™, a division of the national litigation firm Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.

With a robust practice spanning business litigation, banking and financial services, international law and trade, civil litigation, real estate transactions, and regulatory and government contracts, Ms. Lofton serves clients across Florida, the southeastern United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

A former Wall Street investment banker, Ms. Lofton brings a unique financial acumen to her legal practice, enhancing her approach to complex business and regulatory issues. Following law school, she served as an attorney advisor for the Washington, D.C. Court Systems before joining the distinguished tech and intellectual property focused law firm. Her career demonstrates a commitment to high-caliber legal representation and client-centered service, making her a trusted advisor in both domestic and international matters. 

Ms. Lofton also plays an active role in promoting diversity within the legal community. She is the President of the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association (“GSCBWLA”) and has served as the Co-Chair of the Restaurant, Retail, and Hospitality Practice Area Committee (RRH PAC) for the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (“NAMWOLF”).  Currently, she services as Chair of the Communications Law Section of the National Bar Association as well as its Board of Governors and is an active member of the USVI’s Bar Association.
